The best and most popular hotel in Caramoan, this is where the contestants and the crew of the several Survivor series chose to stay while in production of their respective shows. It is owned and operated by the Province of Camarines Sur and is located in the beach front.
Gota Village Resort
How to Get There:
You can ride a jeepney or a motorcycle from the Guijalo port to the Gota Village Resort. The rent of a motorcycle could cost between Php200-300. Just inform the driver that you intend to go to the Gota Village Resort so that he will take you there. The travel time is about 20mins and you pass by a mountain side going through the town and finally into the resort that is facing the beach.
Accommodations:
The Gota Village Resort is normally rented by several Survivor teams that is why at times it is closed to the public. It is best to make an inquiry from them with regard to the availability of the cottages before you set out for this resort. When you go there, you will find in here beautiful cabins that will compliment your island getaway experience.
Food:
The food is ok and are reasonably priced. You can also avail of the buffet meal. Other however complained that some of their food items are not cooked properly. If you need drinks, you can buy from their small store so you don’t have to leave the resort and go to the town center.
